Once you have booked your place, you will receive a welcome letter by email, jam packed full of course information. Please allow up to 5 days to receive this.
Refunds: Deposits are non refundable, but the value can be used against other training should you need to rearrange up until 28 days before the course begins.
Remaining course fees: After paying the deposit the remaining £1150 is due 28 days before the course begins. This fee is refundable up until 28 days before the course begins, after which date refunds are not guaranteed but the massage school aims to be fair on a case by case basis. For the November course, the remaining course fees are due by October 19th 2022.

For new therapists who do not already have a level 3 qualification in massage or holistic therapy, you will also receive a link to online modules in anatomy & physiology, health & safety, and business structures.
Refunds: Deposits are non refundable, but the value can be used against other training should you need to rearrange up until 28 days before the course begins.
Remaining course fees: After paying the deposit the remaining fees are due 4 weeks/ 28 days before the course begins. These are £1000 for new therapists with no existing level 3 qualification in massage or holistic therapy, or £700 for existing therapists who already have a level 3 qualification in massage or holistic therapy.

Payment plans: After you have paid the deposit, you may pay the remaining course fees as part of a payment plan by setting up a standing order with your bank. This will be the remaining course fees divided by the amount of months left until the month before the course begins.
An example of a payment plan option for the November 2022 course:
Deposit paid of £400
The remaining fees for new therapists – £1000:
Option 1: 3 x instalments of £335 to be paid each month in Aug, Sep + Oct
Option 2: 2 x instalments of £500 to be paid each month in Sep + Oct
The remaining fees for existing therapists (who already have a relevant L3 qualification) – £700:
Option 1: 3 x instalments of £235 to be paid each month in Aug, Sep + Oct
Option 2: 2 x instalments of £350 to be paid each month in Sep + Oct
